This workshop is an invitation to deepen your understanding of the 2nd, 6th and 10th Houses in your astrological chart. How can you cultivate work that feels meaningful for you? How can you approach your work using the resources that you have been given, to be more fortunate and generative?
Alongside the zodiac signs and the planets, the houses form part of astrology’s fundamental building blocks. Knowing the signs and planets that are in these - ‘material, earthy and vocational’ - houses can help you understand your needs, inner resources and talents that can be used to best express yourself in these areas of your life.

How do you approach earning money and what does it mean to you?
The second house relates to how you support yourself through your work. The assets and resources you have in order to be successful in your work. This house relates to your values, finances, personal possessions, and the way you handle them. This house shows your innate resources - whether spiritual, material, psychological or emotional - and how you can turn these into avenues of self-support giving you a sense of your own worth.
What are you in service of? Which are your work habits and routines?
The sixth house rules your work life - your daily routines and habits, your work environment, your skills and techniques, and the kind of job you have. Your attitude to work and to co-workers is also what the sixth house describes. Together with the 2nd and the 10th house they paint a picture of your working life revealing much about your intentions and whether they support your goals.
How do you make a mark in the world?
The tenth house is the most visible part of your chart - your career, your reputation and public roles out in the world. The home of your profession, your goals and aspirations. That which you strive to be and achieve. Achievement, profession, expertise, reward, acknowledgement, mastery – these are all 10th house themes. The tenth house reveals the contribution to society that most allures you.
