  1. Astrology for Artists recognise that you may share private and confidential information, and we respect and will reciprocate your trust.

  2. We will not share your personal information or data with any third party.

  3. We will adhere to the EU’s GDPR standard regards data processing and storage.

Appointment cancellations & rescheduling

  1. Any cancellations made less than 36 hours before your appointment cannot be refunded. We research and prepare your chart before your reading to give time to analyse your situation and fully prepare for our time together. With more than 24 hours notice you’re welcome to try and find another available appointment in the calendar and we can hopefully reschedule, but after this time appointments cannot neither be refunded or rescheduled

  2. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled, as the research will already be complete and the time blocked off preventing others from making a booking.

  3. Meetings are scheduled through the day, and if you’re late for our agreed appointment it sadly means we’ll have less time together until your allotted time is complete. We can’t overrun as that will impact the next appointment. We cannot refund or reschedule in this circumstance.

Store purchases

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable and should be redeemed within 9 months of purchase.

  2. Items may be returned if in their original, unused condition within 21 days of purchase.

 

Retreats

  1. When making a deposit payment you agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. Disclaimer & Statement
    Astrology for Artists is a small independent business. Each one of you and every reservation received is very important. Besides putting lots of love, time and energy into organising these retreats we also have to make non-recoverable payments in advance to make them happen (deposits for venues etc), so please read our terms and conditions carefully before you book. Thank you!

  3. When you sign up for a retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30%. Reservations via email or phone messages are not official bookings yet. We receive many messages and are only a small team. Only once we have received your payment in full or deposit or proof of payment, is your reservation officially confirmed. By transferring your payment or deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page.

  4. Payment process & reservation deposit
    Your place on the retreat as well as any specific room is reserved once we receive payment in full or a non-refundable deposit of 30% of full value,
    This reservation deposit is non-refundable.

  5. The reservation deposit is 30% per person. If you are booking double occupancy please plan to pay 30% per person and not per booking.

  6. Once we receive the 30% deposit, we will be in touch to discuss and confirm your payment plan and confirm your reservation.

  7. Only once you receive confirmation from us to arrange a payment plan this is a confirmed booking. Remaining balance has to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of the Retreat date.

  8. We offer payment plans in two remaining installments. Payment has to be made in full, at the latest four weeks prior to the start of the retreat, or you may lose your space and deposit.

  9. Retreat cancellation policy

    We are unable to offer refunds of any kind for the retreat deposit. Before signing up, please make sure you can make it. Refunds for the remaining amount depends on when we receive the cancellation. Should you need to cancel with more than 4 weeks until the retreat date, you will be refunded 70% of the total amount (30% deposit is non refundable). Should you need to cancel within 4 weeks of the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (minus the 30% deposit) will be refunded. Finally, under no circumstance will there be any refunds given for cancellation requests made within 2 weeks of the retreat date.

  10. Travel & Health insurance
    Nobody books or organises a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but the last few years has shown us that unexpected events do occur, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Furthermore, you participate in the classes, walks and workshops at your own risk and you must employ your own judgement as to which movements, positions, and exercises are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability. All participants are required to have international health insurance that also covers medical care and transport home if needed.

  11. Our rights as organiser

    Astrology for Artists reserves the right to change the program, teachers or team members at any time.
    Astrology for Artists reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive.
    Astrology for Artists reserves the right to make a guest liable if they cause damage to the house or belongings.
    Astrology for Artists reserves the right to take images and film parts of the program, the footage taken for documenting and further promotion of the retreat will be always discreet. (if you do not wish to be on any images used for our promotion please do let us know)
